Sustainability

I care a lot about the environment and want to minimize my shop's impact on the planet as much as possible. This is what I do:

✸ I try to choose the most eco-friendly materials and production methods for my products that are available to me. For further information on this, check out the product descriptions.

✸ To avoid long dispatch routes, I'm giving my best to let all my products be produced locally in Germany or at least in Europe. At the moment, this applies to everything in my shop except for the washi tapes, for which I'm trying to find an alternative manufacturer.

✸ I voluntarily compensate the emissions caused by shipping out my products with the Shopify app "Offset".

✸ Whenever made possible by the manufacturer, I pay a compensation for the ammount of CO2 caused by production. At the moment, this applies to: notepads, notebooks, letter paper, prints, yearly planners.

✸ Wherever possible, I avoid the use of plastic and unneccessary packaging. At the moment, only some of the washi tapes are wrapped in plastic. As soon as they're out of stock I will reorder them with plastic-free packaging.

✸ My wrapping paper is produced in an eco-friendly way by noissue. It's FSC-licensed and printed with soy-based inks on acid-free paper. Additionally, noissue supports reforestation projects around the world.

✸ I either use sustainable produced packing and shipping material, or I reuse packaging I have received myself.
