Payment and shipping

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate shipping costs according to shipping weight:

Orders from 1 g to 1000 g = 3,20 € (WITHOUT tracking)
   optionally + 2,50 € for registered mail WITH tracking
Orders from 1000 g = 5,95 €

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs to foreign countries according to shipping weight:

European Union:

Orders from 1 g to 300 g = 7,50* € (with tracking)
   or optionally 4,50* € (without tracking)
Orders from 301 g to 500 g = 8,80* € (with tracking)
Orders from 501 g to 700 g = 10,50* € (with tracking)
Orders from 701 g to 1000 g = 12,50* € (with tracking)
Orders from 1000 g = 14,50 € (with tracking)

Worldwide:

Orders from 0 g to 300 g = 7,70* € (with tracking)
Orders from 301 g to 500 g = 10,20* € (with tracking)
Orders from 501 g to 700 g = 12,70* € (with tracking)
Orders from 701 g to 1000 g = 16,60* € (with tracking)
Orders from 1000 g = 22,50 € (with tracking)

*plus 0,70€ peak extra charge between November 24th and December 7th

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 4 days after processing is complete in Germany, and within 5 - 30 days after processing is complete for deliveries abroad. At the moment deliveries abroad might be significantly longer (please check the link of the top of this page for further information).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

Unfortunately my shipping confirmation mails often get sent to people's spam folder. In case you did not receive a confirmation and are unsure if your order has been sent or you would like to receive your tracking code, please send a mail to hello@paraplyshop.com with your order number or alternatively your name and order date and I will be happy to help you.
